Ford Ranger Raptor

Fuel Contamination Remediation Standards

⚠️ Ford Ranger Raptor — High misfuel risk

Diesel Raptor: petrol contamination is severe. Petrol V6 Raptor: diesel in petrol tank is the forecourt risk.

If the engine was not started

Keep ignition off until tank is drained.

If the engine was started

Inspect HP fuel pump and injectors if engine ran on diesel-contaminated petrol.

⚠️ Ford position — Ranger Raptor

Ford typically requires tank drop or prescribed drain path on Ranger pickups. Misfuel excluded from warranty.
