⚠️ Isuzu MU-X — High misfuel risk
NZ MU-X is diesel-only — petrol misfuel at forecourts is a frequent insurance claim on pickups and vans.
If the engine was not started
Do not start — petrol will damage HP pump quickly.
If the engine was started
Replace pump, rails, injectors as required after contamination — follow Isuzu bulletin scope.
⚠️ Isuzu position — MU-X
Isuzu workshop manual specifies tank drop or pump access; contamination voids fuel-system warranty.
